Instructions before bariatric surgery

• Adhering to a visit to the anesthesiologist before the operation and bringing all the necessary analyzes if they were done outside the hospital.
• Follow the instructions of the anesthesiologist if you use any treatments on a regular basis, especially if a specific treatment is required the morning of the operation.
• Pay the full amount of the operation before the date of the operation, according to the instructions of the coordinator.
• The cost of the operation includes a one-night stay in the hospital and reviews for one year.
• (The amount does not include: medicines, any additional tests before or after the operation; it does not include the modification of the hernia with the operation or blood units or dismantling the adhesions; it does not include the companion meals or any additional requests related to the facilities) The value-added tax does not include 15% for non-Saudis.
• A day before the operation, eating is allowed until six in the evening, and then only liquids until twelve in the middle of the night, and after that, eating, drinking and smoking is prohibited until the doctor permits.
• Take a shower at the beginning of the operation and wear clean clothes. It is forbidden to put contact lenses, jewelry, or cosmetics from nail polish or henna before attending the operation. Abdominal hair must be removed for men before the operation.
• Please bring all personal supplies and any treatment used on a regular basis.
• You will be contacted a day before to determine the time of admission to the hospital. The admission is from the main entrance to the hospital and the admission procedures are carried out from the admission office.

• In the event of canceling the operation, the deposit that was paid and its value (two thousand riyals) will be deducted, and in the event of cancellation 48 hours before the operation, 50% of the price of the operation will be deducted in addition to the additional costs, if any. According to the conditions and regulations applied by the hospital administration
• The operation is considered exploratory in the event that it is not possible to perform a surgical procedure for any health reasons (such as severe adhesions; discovery of tumors or strange masses, etc...) The cost of the exploratory operation is 12500 riyals.
